Opera Aperta
Opera Aperta is a laboratory of contemporary opera created by Ukrainian composers Roman Hryhoriv and Ilya Razumeiko. The showcase performance of the Opera House was the archaeological opera Chornobyldorf, created and presented to the general public in 2020. Opera Aperta is continuously searching and testing new styles of contemporary music, compositional and instrumental theater, media opera, performative and interdisciplinary practices. The aim of the laboratory is to create a modern opera house in Kyiv, which will function as a multidisciplinary platform for contemporary and baroque opera, dance theater and experimental stage genres.
